In the TOTC calendar, the Feast of the Cross(Mesqel), one of the 9 minor feasts, is celebrated on 27 September. The feast is celebrated to honor the cross on which Jesus Christ was crucified and the cross as the sign of salvation. The Feast of the Cross will be celebrated colorfully as years past.
